Reporting to the Director of Retail Operations, The Assistant General Manager will execute on the GMF strategic plan of retail operations, analyze the performance, and provide feedback to leadership. The Assistant General Manager is ultimately responsible for the staff’s overall adherence to retail Standard Operating Procedures, CCC Regulation and employee policies.

| Physical | Regularly required to perform grasping, talking, hearing, seeing and repetitive motions. Must be able to lift, carry and balance up to 30 pounds occasionally, includes sitting or standing for extended periods of time, as well as occasional stooping, bending over and/or crouching. |
| Hours & Conditions | Must be available to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays. Adapt schedule to work alongside the changing demands of the Business. On a regular and recurring basis, the employee must alternate between contaminated/dirty environments to clean. Strong odors may be encountered. Work is generally conducted in heated and air-conditioned areas. 10% travel will be required. |
